We’re confident you’re going to love your experience with our zPods beds just like so many of the other individuals and families we’ve worked with. But if your experience is less than ideal, we understand and have a return policy we believe you’ll be satisfied with.

We invite you to try out our beds for the next 100 days to see if they work for your specific needs. Please read below to learn more about our policy.

  • We offer a full refund on your purchase price so that you don’t regret your decision to try our sleep solution. Just give our bed 100 days to see if it suits the needs of you or your family.

  • Beds that are returned will be donated or sold to a local special needs charity or family in need of a zPods bed.

  • We do not refund shipping costs.

  • For the bed to qualify for a return, it must not be damaged (e.g., no cracks or broken parts, no damaged electronics). If the bed is damaged, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to accept the return and what amount will be refunded according to the costs needed to make necessary repairs.

  • Please return it in the original packaging to keep it safe. Returning it without the original packaging will result in a 10% fee + repair costs for any damage.

  • We do not give refunds for items you purchased from us in addition to the zPods bed (e.g., mattresses, televisions).

  • We only accept returns on direct sales. Sales through DME distributors are impossible to refund. If you buy your bed through Acima, Affirm, or any other financing institutions, you must resolve returns according to those institutions’ policies.

  • This offer is currently not available to buyers outside the contiguous United States.

  1. If you decide to return your zPods bed, please write to support@zpodsforsleep.com and clearly articulate your desire to return the bed within 100 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once we receive your request, we require two weeks to arrange delivery to the bed’s new owner. We will compensate you $50 for every day beyond the two-week period that you hold the bed in storage.

  3. During the time that we arrange delivery, safely disassemble and re-package the zPods bed in its original packaging. You and the new owner are generally responsible for coordinating a time when the new owner can pick up the packages from your home or other location.

  4. Refund final after delivery
